Halloween Safe Streets and Haunted House (new this year), October 31, 2023 from 5PM to 9PM, a continuing tradition in the Heart of East Lake, provides two safe areas for trick or treating on each side of Memorial Drive.

One the North side of Memorial Drive along Arbor and Tupelo, one on the South side in the Hooper area Quad between Ashburton and Morgan, Alexa and Salmon.

We use 13 officers to help block off streets for pedestrian use only. Your donations help pay for the hourly rates of the officers, as well as city permitting, signage, and candy (which can also be donated!).
