Develops the Association’s expertise and/or advisory resources to give strategic and technical support on county and city land use, zoning, development and related issues to the President, Board and Members. Review applications submitted to the Association prior to presentation at the General Meeting during which the applicant will be presenting. Provide general guidance to the applicant on relevant processes and to adequately engage community (e.g. neighbor input, provide community member contact information) Respond to community member enquiries and/or concerns related to zoning/planning applications and direct to relevant resources as able.
